Uncontrollable Murder Rate In The Spice Isles
Since the beginning of this year there has been an escalation in Grenada’s murder rate. These unfortunate incidences happen so frequent that I have now lost count. I am now on a quest to determine the cause of our people becoming so easily frustrated. Does the problem lies within physical conditions for example cost of living? Or mental conditions for example lack of the ability to resolve conflicts?

Well i think its a mixture of both the constant rise in the cost of living in this country has everyone on the edge so disputes that normally end peaceful now ends with fatality. And i also believe its the government we need a change!!!!!!!!!!
thanks for your view.but how do you think we should approach the situation?
To me i think that the problem lies mainly with the mental conditions.People do not take the time off to resolve their problems it's more like payback, you do and I can do as well.If we as youths search ourself the country can be a better place with less violence.
i total agree donnalyn

I think that Conflict Resolution is the best solution. However, our youths today do not engage in dialogue, they do not talk about problems thus they will remain with them, and as they increase, they endeavour to take matters in their own hands. In some instances persons walk away and even as they do,are still attacked by the individual involved.
What I think however,is that we as a people should try to live "UNITY" in everything we do.Let us all genuinely love our neighbours as ourselves and respect the life God has blessed us with.
If you can can walk away please do as you will live to see another day..
